These units introduce the fundamental responsibilities of trainers and help candidates understand how to plan sessions, engage learners, and assess learning effectively.

How It Works

This qualification is delivered through classroom-based training supported by practical activities and written assignments.

Classroom Training

Attend the 3 day training course where the core teaching principles and unit content are delivered.

Learning Activities

Participate in discussions, group activities and deliver your own micro-teach to develop teaching and training skills.

Step 3

Written Assignments

Complete short written assignments that demonstrate your understanding of the course units.

Qualification Awarded

Once all assignments are completed successfully, the Level 3 Award in Education and Training is awarded by NOCN.
