What the Fee Includes
Your enrolment fee covers: your dedicated assessor from induction to completion, all portfolio review sessions, feedback on submitted evidence, your professional discussion assessment, and the NOCN qualification certificate on successful completion.
Access to the digital portfolio platform is included — you upload and manage evidence through a secure system your assessor also has access to.
There is no limit on assessor contact within a normal completion timeline. If you have questions or need guidance on evidence, your assessor is available to support you throughout.
Payment Plans
The £1,400 + VAT can be paid in a single upfront payment or split into 4 monthly instalments of £350 + VAT each.
Instalment plans are available for both self-funded candidates and employer-sponsored enrolments.

Additional Costs to Budget For
The CITB Managers & Professionals HS&E test is required for the CSCS Black Card and is not included in the NVQ fee. This is booked and paid for separately at a CITB-approved test centre.
The CSCS card application fee is also paid directly to CSCS and is not included.
Neither of these costs are significant compared to the NVQ fee, but they should be factored into your total budget.
Employer-Sponsored Enrolments
Many candidates are enrolled and funded by their employer. Apollo QA supports company enrolments, group bookings, and invoicing directly to employers.
If your employer is funding the NVQ, we can issue a formal quote and invoice to support your internal approval process.
Employers who are CITB levy-registered may wish to explore CITB grant eligibility separately — this is subject to CITB criteria and should be confirmed with CITB directly before relying on any contribution.
